Refund Policy

1. Free trial before you pay

Ivy Invi lets you create, edit and preview invitations completely free and unlimited. After publishing, an invitation also has a free trial of 2 days and under 10 guest views. This lets you carefully check the quality and features of your invitation before deciding to pay. For this reason, you should only pay once you are happy with your invitation.

2. When you are eligible for a refund

We will issue a full refund in the following cases:

• You were charged twice (double payment) for the same invitation.
• A technical fault on our side makes the invitation unusable and cannot be fixed within a reasonable time.
• A transaction was charged but the invitation was not activated.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the payment date.

3. When refunds do not apply

• The invitation was paid for and works as described, but you changed your mind or no longer need it.
• Errors in the content you entered (wrong information, typos, choosing the wrong template) — you can edit your invitation for free at any time.
• You did not check the invitation during the free trial before paying.
• A breach of the Terms of Service that led to the invitation or account being suspended.

4. How to request a refund

To request a refund, please email support@ivyinvi.com and provide:

• The account email used for payment.
• The invitation link or transaction ID.
• The reason for the refund request.

5. Processing time

We respond to requests within 3 business days. If approved, the money is refunded to the original payment method. The time for funds to arrive depends on your bank or payment gateway, usually within 5–14 business days.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. A new version takes effect once posted on this page. The refund policy is part of the Terms of Service.
