Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Ivy Invi is an online invitation-card service (website: ivyinvi.com) for events such as birthdays, first birthdays, graduations and many other occasions. The service is operated by an individual based in Vietnam. By accessing or using the service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms.

2. Accounts & use

• You can create and preview invitations without signing in. To publish an invitation, you sign in with a Google account or email.
• You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that happens under it.
• You agree to provide accurate information and not to impersonate others when using the service.

3. Your content

• You retain full ownership of the content you upload (photos, names, invitation text, event details, and so on).
• You grant Ivy Invi the right to store and display that content for the purpose of providing the create-and-share service.
• You confirm that you have the legal right to the content you upload and that it does not infringe the rights of third parties.

4. Prohibited content

You may not use the service to create or distribute content that:

• Breaks applicable law, or infringes the copyright or privacy of others.
• Is fraudulent, spam, or contains malware or harmful links.
• Is pornographic, violent, hateful, or otherwise harmful to others.

We reserve the right to remove infringing content and suspend accounts without prior notice if a violation is found.

5. Payment & invitation lifetime

• Creating, editing and previewing invitations is free and unlimited.
• After publishing, an invitation has a free trial of 2 days and under 10 guest views. Past that limit, payment is required for the invitation to keep working.
• Payment is one-time per invitation; once paid, the invitation works forever with unlimited views. Prices are listed on the Pricing page.
• Payments are processed by a payment-gateway partner. Ivy Invi does not store your card or bank-account details.

6. Refunds

The refund policy is set out separately on the Refund Policy page and forms an integral part of these terms.

7. Service availability

We work to keep the service running reliably, but we do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted. The service may be paused for maintenance or upgrades, or by factors beyond our control. We may change or discontinue certain features over time.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Ivy Invi is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service. You are responsible for carefully reviewing your invitation before sharing it with guests.

9. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms from time to time. A new version takes effect once posted on this page. Your continued use of the service after an update means you accept the new terms.
